Odessa Smash has a close team of panelbeaters and spraypainters chosen for their attention to detail and trained to deliver satisfaction to the customer through their work.
The owner/managers of Odessa Smash are Mark and Michele Goltsman.

Mark :
Mark, as a boy of 16, migrated to Australia from the Ukraine with his family in 1975. He studied English, and then completed his motor vehicle repairers apprenticeship with Sydney TAFE in 1982.

Initially, Mark worked on contract with smash repairers in the Eastern Suburbs area, before heading overseas in 1985 for 1 year to further his "life" education. Upon his return, Mark met and married his wife Michele, set up his own smash repairs business, and called it Odessa after his home town in the Ukraine.

Michele :
Michele was born and bred in Sydney, in the southern suburbs around the Royal National Park. Michele completed a university degree at the University of Technology, Sydney, in computing and organisational management.

She set up the leading edge office network for the Odessa Smash Repairs business, and continues the management of the office remotely part-time.
